Custom Pre-Orders: How it Works
A Simple, Transparent Process with Clear Turnaround Times
You will know exactly how long your order will take — no surprises, just honest communication.
Step 1: Choose Your Fabric
If you select a fabric I already have in stock, my turnaround time is typically 1–2 weeks.
If you choose a custom pre-order fabric that I need to order, please expect a longer 8–10 week turnaround to allow for delivery and production.
Step 2: Pick a Pattern You Love
Browse through my available patterns and find the one that fits your style.
Step 3: Submit Your Custom Order Request
Once you’ve chosen your fabric and pattern, fill out and submit the Custom Order Request form.
Step 4: Review and Approve Your Quote
I’ll send you a detailed quote. We can make adjustments together until you’re completely happy with it.
Step 5: Confirm and Process Your Order
After approval and payment, I’ll begin creating your piece. I’ll keep you updated along the way so you always know what to expect.
